Bespoke orders are Kitengela Hot Glass’s forte. Orders with a personal touch travel all over the world – by courier, air or sea. Payment can be made by bank transfer, mPesa and credit cards (VISA & M/C), although we have to process cards manually in Kenya (we’re hoping this will change soon).

Orders take between four to eight weeks to fulfill. Kindly note that the peak season for pre-Christmas is September to December; therefore the cut-off date for ordering is October 7th. Please plan ahead so that your order can be processed in time to meet delivery deadlines.
